    Children’s Drawing: Use this time for all ages to read stories and draw at 10 a.m. at the Jefferson County Public Library in Madison. Tiffaney Pelaez will share a few children’s books. After reading stories, learn how to draw the book characters using easy to follow steps. Materials for drawing will be provided.

    Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Day: To honor Dr. King’s life and legacy, people can gather on Jan. 21 at Trinity United Methodist Church in Madison. The service will start at noon and will last for one hour. The guest speaker will be Rev. James E. Booker, Jr. After the program, lunch will be served by Jen-Era-Jeff chapter #44 Order of Eastern Star. Takeaway lunches will also be avaliable.
