Yoga and Hiking: Start the say with free yoga and hiking at 8:30 a.m. each Tuesday during June, July and August. Meet at the bottom of the Heritage Trail on Vaughn Drive. Orchard Support Group: A support group for pregnant mothers, new mothers and mothers of older children who are battling addiction will meet from 12:30 to 1:30 p.m. Thursdays at the King's Daughters' Hospital.

Senior Citizens: The Madison Senior Center, 208 W. Main St., hosts activities during the week including euchre at noon on Monday and Thursday, and bingo at 10 a.m. Tuesday and Wednesday. Succulent Garden: Create a shoe planter for succulents at 3:30 p.m. at the Carroll County Public Library. Bring a worn out boot or sneaker, or even a pair of ill-fitting heels. The library will provide the soil and starter plants. The program is for adults and children with an adult helper.

Madison Moveable Feast: The progressive dinner will feature various locations in and near Madison from 4 to 9 p.m. July 26. Tickets are $50 per person, $35 per Indiana Landmarks member. Reservations are required. For more information visit www.indianalandmarks.org.

Art Opening Reception - Up and Out: An opening reception will be held from 5 to 9 p.m. at Village Lights Bookstore for the artwork display of Madison native Emi Knight. Her work will be on display through Sept. 24.

Tools for Schools: The Salvation Army will hosts its annual school supplies program from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. to provide a free backpack, school supplies and back-to-school clothes for Jefferson County children. Those attending should bring proof of residence in Jefferson County and a Social Security card for any child not present at the event. Proof of residence could include a current driver's license, state-issued picture identification or a current bill showing a Jefferson County address. For more information call (812) 265-2157.

Raker-Buscher-Strautmann-Titkemeyer Reunion: Will be held at 11 a.m. at the St. Peter's Lutheran Church in Carroll County, Ky. Madison-Milton Bridge Slide Celebration: Will begin with a world record attempt from 4:30 to 5:30 p.m. at Crystal Beach Pool as the city attempts to have the most people down a water slide in 1-hour. Admission to the pool is free from 4 to 6 p.m. The party will continue on Madison's Riverfront starting at 5 p.m. with a community concert band performance, The Doctors Band at 6:30 p.m., a Cliff Robinson Air Show at 7:30 p.m., Rusty Bladen at 8 p.m. and a lighted boat parade at 9:15 p.m. followed by a screening of the Disney/Pixar film 'Cars" In case of rain the event will be moved to July 28.

Neavill's Grove Auction and Ice Cream Social: Will be held July 27 starting at 4 p.m. with sandwiches, desserts and ice cream, along with entertainment from Tommy Day & Cool Country from 4:30 to 5:30 p.m. The auction begins at 5:30 p.m., featuring many donated items and gift certificates. All proceeds go towards the upkeep of the property.

Fish Fry: The Dupont-Lancaster Volunteer Fire Department will host a fish fry on the last Saturday of the month at the Dupont fire house from 4 to 8 p.m.

Christian Motorcycle Association: The "Soul Survivors" Madison Chapter of the Christian Motorcycle Association will meet from 5 to 7 p.m. at the Salvation Army, 331 E. Main St. The group meets on the fourth Saturday of the month. For more information call (502) 759-4821.
