Bicentennial Mural: Art teacher Bonnie Peugeot welcomes help working on the Bicentennial mural at Crystal Beach. Work will be going on from 4:30 to 7 p.m. July 24 and July 28-30; from 5 to 7 p.m. Aug. 11-15, Aug. 18-22, Aug. 25-29, Sept. 2-5, Sept. 8-12, Sept.15-19 and Sept. 22-25; and from 4:30 to 6 p.m. Oct. 13-17, Oct. 20-24 and Oct. 27-29. Summer Lunch: Will be served as part of Gleaners Summer Meals for Kids program, Monday through Friday, June 4-July 31. It will not be served July 4. Meals will be served in Hanover from noon to 12:25 p.m. at West Lawn Mobile Home Park, Rainbow Apartments and Woodside Mobile Homes 1; and from 12:30 to 1 p.m. at Woodside Mobile Homes 2, Jones Mobile Home Park and at the corner of Sycamore and Maple streets. Carrollton City Council: Will meet on the second and fourth Monday of each month at 7 p.m. in council chambers at Carrollton City Hall.

Lexington Historical Society: Will hold a patriotic program at 7 p.m. at Lexington Christian Church. The meeting will include musical presentations and readings. Commemorative plates will be on display and refreshments will be served. Those attending are encouraged to wear red, white and blue, Lexington School "minute men" hats or shirts. Southwestern Public Meeting: Will be held from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. in the school corporation board room at Southwestern Elementary School in conjunction with the Southwestern Activity Center Project pre-proposal.

Creature Feature: Visit with an animal native to Clifty Falls State Park with a park naturalist at 2 p.m. on the park's pool lawn.

Tuck Pointing with Mark Johnson: The M.A.I.N. and Hanover College Business Scholars programs will host a series of workshops with community members skilled in preservation trades.
