Samantha Knox and Thomas Lee, both of Madison, exchanged vows Saturday, Dec. 17, 2016, at North Madison Christian Church. John Lamson and Robby King officiated.

The bride is the daughter of Stephanie Knox of Madison, and Ty and Susan Knox of New York. She is a 2013 graduate of Madison Consolidated High School. She is currently a student at Indiana State University, and plans to graduate this month with a bachelor’s degree in elementary education.

The groom is the son of Laure Lee of Vevay, and Paul and Paula Lee of Madison. He is a 2013 graduate of Madison Consolidated High School. He is currently serving in the Marine Corps and stationed in Quantico, Va.

The bride was escorted by her father and her grandfather, Jim Slayden. Megan Carlsgaard served as maid of honor. Bridesmaids were Katie Byrum, Winter Fleetwood, Claire Smith, Alyssa Novak and Kathy Held. The flower girl was Marlo Knox.

Drew Partin served as best man. Groomsmen were Joshua Lee, Simon Knox, Tyler Bishop, Zachary Rodgers and Athan Lamson. The ring bearer was Sullivan Knox. Ushers were Derek Anderson and Daniel Anderson.

A reception followed the ceremony at the Clifty Falls State Park’s Clifty Inn.

The couple celebrated with a wedding trip to Gatlinburg, Tenn.

The new couple will reside in Woodbridge, Va.
