Walmart Supercenter No. 1327: One critical (The hand sink in the produce area is not properly working and is currently shut off. Repair is needed), three non-critical.

Yamato Japanese Steakhouse: Complaint - Customer complaint states that a little boy is present in the dining room getting sick. Also, it was stated that he has been running from the dining area into the kitchen. Upon inspection, I talked with the owners and explained that he should not be in the kitchen. When we were talking, he was sitting in a chair at the sushi bar on a computer.

Fast Lane/Speedup LLC: Two critical (On the display shelves, toilet paper was found stored under detergents and chemicals. These products need to be switched. A working spray bottle with a blue liquid inside was found under the hand sink by the drink machines and it didn’t have a label listed on it), two non-critical.
