Timothy Borman Jr., pleaded guilty to domestic battery, Class A misdemeanor, sentenced to 365 days jail, all suspended except for 59 days served with 247 days of supervised probation at Jefferson County Community Corrections and $185 court costs, $50 public defender fee as well as other probation fees. Jesse Michael Wise, pleaded guilty to criminal trespass and unlawful possession of a legend drug, both Level 6 felonies and criminal trespass, Class A misdemeanor, sentenced to 238 days at Indiana Department of Corrections and six days at county jail, all suspended for time served plus court costs and public defender fees with all other charges dismissed.
