The Jefferson County Health Department conducts quarterly inspections of all food establishments or locations that handle food in the county. Health inspections become a public record 10 days after the inspection takes place.

Dutch Discount Market. COMPLAINT: Customer complaint received that employees in store were not wearing a mask. During inspection it was confirmed that the employees were not wearing masks. Informed manager that unless a medical issue prevents it, all employees are expected to wear a mask. One non-critical.

Shipley’s Tavern. No violations.

The Attack at KDH. No violations.

The Red Pepperoni. One critical (Ventilation panels above the pizza oven and deep fryers need to be cleaned). Four non-critical, one repeat.
