Captain D’s: One critical, (Two containers of “Weed be Gone” and three cans of an insect repellant observed in the back area of the kitchen, chemicals such as these should be handled by a Pest Control Professional. These items need removed from the premises.), two non – critical.

Circle K – Hanover: One critical, (Three boxes of Lunchables found in the display cooler (near 2 liters) past their use-by date, (Dec. 2). The Tropicana cooler must have a thermometer within the unit.), four non – critical.

Moyashi Company: No violations.

Papa John’s Pizza: One non – critical.

December 11

Bad Apple Mac’s: One non – critical.

Hinkle Sandwich Shop: One non – critical.

Ponderosa – Complaint: Customer complaint states that there was not any hot water available in the restrooms. He also stated that when he voiced his concern to an employee, they said that they have never had hot water in the bathrooms. Upon my inspection, I went into both restrooms and had to let the water run for about two minutes. Eventually the hot water started to flow in both restrooms. No objectionable conditions noted at time of complaint inspection.
