Criminal



Charles Griswold, pleaded guilty to domestic battery, Level 5 felony, sentenced to 890 days Indiana Department of Correction, with 365 days executed, credit for 199 days served and balance of 160 days to be served with Community Corrections with 365 days on supervised probation plus fees and court costs.



Laken Messmore, pleaded guilty to theft, a Level 6 felony, with judgment of conviction as Class A misdemeanor, sentenced to 67 days actual jail time served with sentences to run consecutive plus court costs and fees.



Lekerr Blakemore, pleaded guilty to amended charge of possession of marijuana, Class B misdemeanor, sentenced to 180 days jail, all suspended, placed on supervised probation for 365 days plus court costs and fees.



Tameria Aldrich, pleaded guilty to perjury, a Level 6 felony, sentenced to 365 days Indiana Department of Correction, all suspended except for three actual days jail served, placed on supervised probation for 359 days plus court costs and fees. Upon successful completion of probation, defendant may petition court for reduction of conviction to Class A misdemeanor.



Timothy Crabtree, pleaded guilty to forgery, a Level 6 felony, sentenced to 545 days Indiana Department of Correction, all suspended except for one actual day served, placed on supervised probation with Jefferson County Community Correction for 543 days plus pay restitution, court costs and fees.



Jamie Konkle, pleaded guilty to neglect of an dependent, a Level 6 felony, sentenced to 365 days Indiana Department of Correction, all suspended except for three actual days served, placed on supervised probation for 359 days plus court costs and fees. Upon successful completion of probation, defendant may petition court for reduction of conviction to Class A misdemeanor.



Jennifer McCreary, pleaded guilty to battery against a public safety official, a Level 6 felony, with conviction as misdemeanor and resisting law enforcement, a Class A misdemeanor, sentenced to 365 days jail concurrent to 180 days jail, all suspended except for two actual days served, placed on supervised probation for 361 days plus court costs and fees.



Angela M. Clark, pleaded guilty to identity deception, a Level 6 felony, sentenced to six months jail, fully executed, plus court costs and fees.



David Brannon, pleaded guilty to operating while intoxicated, a Class A misdemeanor, sentenced to 365 days jail pursuant to statute, to serve five days jail with credit for two days served, placed on supervised probation for 360 days plus court costs and fees.



Matthew Thomas Jaynes, pleaded guilty to theft, a Level 6 felony, sentenced to serve one year in jail, all suspended, placed on supervised probation for one year plus court costs and fees.



Tosha Betty Marie Brazee, pleaded guilty to driving while suspended, a Class A misdemeanor, sentenced to no days in jail, ordered to pay courts costs and fees.



Shawna Mix, pleaded guilty to operating a vehicle while intoxicated, a Class A misdemeanor, sentenced to 365 days jail, all suspended except for three actual days served, placed on supervised probation for 365 days plus court costs and fees.
