— Hanover College baseball player Andrew Littlefield just wrapped up a successful season in the New York Collegiate Baseball League.
Littlefield, a sophomore outfielder/pitcher from Louisville, hit .306 with one home run, seven doubles and 25 RBIs in 37 games for the Hornell Dodgers. He was also 1-1 with a 3.00 ERA in four starts on the mound with 15 strikeouts and five walks in 21 innings pitched.

— Southwestern All-Sports Passes are now on sale for the 2019-20 school year. Prices are $25 for a student, $160 for a family pass, $85 for an adult pass and $35 for ages 50 and over.
Passes can be bought at any middle school or high school volleyball or soccer game this fall and can be also be purchased at the high school main office from 8:30 a.m. through 2:30 p.m. Monday through Friday.

— Sign ups are currently underway for the Madison Parks Department’s Fall Sports programs.
Flag Football, open the 5-year old through sixth grade and volleyball, open to fourth through sixth grade, each costs $50. Deadline for both is Friday.
Applications are available at the park office located in the Brown Gym, online at www.madison-in.gov, at Champs Sports & Corporate Apparel, at Liberty Screen Printing, or on Facebook at Madison Parks Department Youth Football.
