Madison's Justin Tereshko shot a third-round 77 to tumble from seventh to 20th place at the Indiana Open Championship on Wednesday at Otter Creek Golf Course in Columbus.

Tereshko was in contention after the first two rounds when he carded a three-under 69 on Tuesday to stand four-under for the tournament and nine shots back at the midway point of the 72-hole event.

However, Tereshko's five-over round on Wednesday dropped him another seven strokes behind the leader tied for 20th at 217 - 16 strokes out of the lead.

Andy Winings of Fisher, who had an eight-under 64 on Tuesday, shot a more mortal 70 on Wednesday but maintained his overall lead by one stroke with a 201. Craig Bowden of Bloomington shot a 68 and sits a stroke back at 202 while Tyler Duncan of Columbus North is two strokes back at 204.

The final round of the Indiana Open is today. Tereshko is scheduled to tee off at 10:33 a.m.
